Using the timer

Complete onboarding, choose the free 12:12 plan, and start the timer on Today. You can end a fast whenever you choose. The app does not send end-of-fast notifications or monitor your health.

Membership and restoring access

Weekly and annual membership offer the same member features. Restore Purchases is available on the paywall and in Settings. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Managing billing

Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions explain how to manage subscriptions. Apple’s refund request page explains how to request an eligible refund. No refund outcome is promised here.

Local records

There is no Calm Fasting cloud account or developer-side recovery service. Before deleting the app or erasing data, consider your device-backup arrangements. Erasing local records does not cancel your subscription.

Email support@calmfasting.com for support. Include your app version, iPhone model and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive journal content.
